## Take charge of your heart health with the Heart and Stroke Foundation

This webinar presented by the Heart and Stroke Foundation and Sienna Senior Living looks at the biggest risk factors for heart disease and stroke and what you can do to take charge of your heart health. Hear from Donna Bedell, Senior Community Relationship Manager at Heart and Stroke, and Marlene Peitch, a stroke survivor. Together, they’ll walk you through the steps to take to protect yourself from heart disease and stroke, and what to do if someone is having a health emergency. They are also joined by Dr. Andrea Moser, Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President at Sienna Senior Living, who gave her expert advice during the webinar.
